When Does It Start? 

It can start as early as your prospecting for a listing. 

If you send us financial information, we can pre-qualify the transaction, and actually (from a financing perspective) help you recognize and defend the proper price range for the company.

Upon obtaining the listing, we can provide you with a written financing pre-qualification letter.  Will that help you market the business?

When you obtain a buyer prospect and refer them to us, we have already identified the appropriate lender, so when we pre-qualify the buyer over the phone, we can close a 5 minute conversation with…. “Yes, we can arrange the necessary financing” This message reinforces their buying decision.

This not only puts the financing on a fast track, but the buyer never approaches his local bank (who we know will so no).   If the buyer hires us, and pays us the $1,000 fee, that is a strong indication that he or she will close this transaction.  It further qualifies your buyer.  In some instances, we have pre-qualified a buyer before they made their offer….as knowing they could finance is what pushed them over the fence to buy the company you represent.
