Does It Start?
It can start as early as your prospecting for a listing.
If you send us financial information, we can pre-qualify the
transaction, and actually (from a financing perspective) help
you recognize and defend the proper price range for the company.
Upon obtaining the listing, we can provide you with a written
financing pre-qualification letter. Will that help you
market the business?
When you obtain a buyer prospect and refer them to us, we have
already identified the appropriate lender, so when we pre-qualify
the buyer over the phone, we
can close a 5 minute conversation with…. “Yes,
we can arrange the necessary financing” This message reinforces
their buying decision.
This not only puts the financing on a fast track, but the buyer
never approaches his local bank (who we know will so no). If
the buyer hires us, and pays us the $1,000 fee, that is a strong
indication that he or she will close this transaction. It
further qualifies your buyer. In some instances, we have
pre-qualified a buyer before they made their offer….as
knowing they could finance is what pushed them over the fence
to buy the company you represent.
Our expanded staff and facilities are set to move resales through
