North Jersey Area... NJ turnpike South (Delaware River Bridge)
into PA turnpike West to I-476 S. (Exit 20 Mid-County Expressway)
to I-76 E. (Philadelphia) to Route 1 South. Take exit 339 "City
Ave." Stay on City Ave. Pass 3 lights (landmarks on your
right will be Channel 10, Saks Fifths Avenue). At the third
light (Kings Grant Drive) make a right turn, the next light
is the entrance to our parking lot. The large building straight
ahead will be One Bala Plaza; we are located in Suite 516 (enter
the center lobby).
From South Jersey...
Take the Ben Franklin Bridge into 276 (Vine Street Expressway)
to 76 toward the Valley Forge exit. Take exit 339 (City Line
Ave.) from Route 1 South. Stay on City Avenue. Pass 3 lights
(landmarks on your right will be Channel 10, Saks Fifth Avenue).
On the third light (Kings Grant Drive) make a right turn. Next
light is the entrance to our parking lot. The large building
straight ahead will be One Bala Plaza; we are located in Suite
516 (enter the center lobby).
From Northeast Philadelphia/Bensalem...
Take Roosevelt Blvd., Route 1 South, Roosevelt Expressway to
exit 339 "City Line Ave." Stay on City Avenue. Pass
3 lights ( landmarks on your right will be Channel 10 then
Saks Fifth Avenue). At the third light (Kings Grant Drive)
make a right turn. Next light is the entrance to our parking
lot. The large building straight ahead will be One Bala Plaza;

I-95 South...
Take I-95 South to the 276 (Vine Street Expressway) to 76 West.
When you see the sign for Exit 339 - City Avenue, stay in left
lane and exit onto City Avenue. Continue straight for 3 lights
(passing landmarks Channel 10 then Saks 5th Ave). At Kings
Grant Drive turn right, go to the end of the street into the
One Bala Plaza parking lot. Enter the Center Lobby, take the
elevator to the fifth floor and turn right to Suite 516.
I-95 North...
I-95 North until you pass the Philadelphia International Airport.
Stay in the right lane and follow the signs for the 76 West
- Schuylkill Expressway. Take 76W til Exit 339 - City Avenue
stay in left lane and exit onto City Avenue. Continue straight
for 3 lights (passing landmarks, Channel 10 then Saks 5th Ave).
