Costs

• Our engagement fee is $1,000
  
• We return 90% or $900 of the $1,000, if we cannot get the loan proposal that we discussed
  
• The $1,000 packaging fee is only payable once per concept
• There are NO other costs to our clients other than bank and closing costs
  
• Many Business Brokers are paying our fee for their clients
• Some Franchisors are absorbing the fee or paying us on ‘behalf” of their Franchisees
